Silicon Carbide Radiant Tube
The silicon carbide radiant tube is the centerpiece of Performance Ceramics & Refractories’ range of total burner solutions.
These tubes offer higher productivity coupled with lower energy consumption. The largest available ceramic single ended radiant tube is measuring 3,500 mm in length and with a 300 mm diameter. These are available for straight and single-ended applications.
Silicon carbide radiant tubes can withstand application temperatures up to 1,380°C and can input up to twice as much energy into furnaces as alloy radiant tubes.
