Silicon Carbide Abrasion-Resistant Barrel / Grinding Cylinder

Silicon carbide grinding cylinders can be custom-manufactured with internal ribs according to design requirements. Sealing grooves can be machined on the inner/outer diameters and end faces to meet various user design needs.

• Liners for pipelines or grinding mills operating under conditions of strong corrosion, particle erosion, and high temperatures.

Features & Advantages

• Maximum outer diameter up to 350mm, height up to 2000mm (based on current equipment capabilities).

• Available as sintered green bodies with a diameter tolerance of +/- 2mm.

• Inner/outer diameters and end faces can be precision-machined for sealing surfaces, achieving a machining tolerance of 0.05mm and a surface roughness of Ra 0.8µm.

• Each cylinder undergoes strict dimensional inspection and surface fluorescent penetrant testing (FPT) before shipment.

• Density greater than 3.14 g/cm³, Vickers hardness over 23 GPa, ensuring high wear resistance.

• Material is certified by TUV and FDA, meeting requirements for food-grade media transport.
