Silicon carbide reactor linings are widely used in chemical, fine chemical, and advanced material industries where reactors operate under highly corrosive, high-temperature, or abrasive conditions. Our reaction-bonded silicon carbide (SiSiC) reactor linings offer excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and thermal stability, making them suitable for acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and other aggressive media.
Compared with metal or polymer linings, SiSiC features high hardness and outstanding chemical stability. It is resistant to corrosion, deformation, and wear during long-term operation, significantly extending the service life of reactors while reducing maintenance and downtime costs.
Based on reactor design and operating conditions, we provide customized silicon carbide lining components such as sleeves and protection plates. With stable dimensions and high machining accuracy, our products are well suited for small to medium-sized reactors requiring reliable fit and long-term performance.
