Description
 Our ceramic-lined powder conveying pipeline is specially designed for the production processes of lithium battery cathode and anode materials. The pipeline adopts a three-layer composite structure that combines the strength of stainless steel with the superior wear resistance of advanced ceramics, ensuring reliable performance under harsh conveying conditions.

Structural Design

The pipeline consists of three layers:

  • Outer Layer: 304 stainless steel pipe providing structural strength and corrosion resistance

  • Middle Layer: High-strength adhesive bonding layer

  • Inner Layer: Integral wear-resistant ceramic lining

The wear-resistant ceramic pipe is fired as an integral structure and then installed in sections inside the stainless steel pipeline, providing excellent abrasion protection and structural stability.
